WHAT TO DO IN QUIBERON IN JULY ?
- On site
The national school has its own small private beach
You can rent all sorts of material (Stand-up Paddle boards, Catamarans, Foiling dinghies, Coach boats) directly on-site.
The beer in the club is locally brewed (Zephyr), you’ll find the shop 300 m away from the event site in case the bars close too soon.
- Surf
You’ll find a great surfing spot especially for beginners just a few kilometers away : There !
The beach is huge and also great to just chill or take a long walk while listening to the waves.
Other great spots for a bit more experienced surfers are available all over the place.
You can rent boards there : Maku Surf for example. There are many shops in the area.
- Visit Belle-Île en Mer
Literally named “Beautiful Island in The Sea”, you’ll understand when you see it !
- SPA
Quiberon is well known in France for the SPA and its breathtaking view : more infos

On-site, you’ll find 97 beds in the “bâtiment régate” (between 18 and 25 euros / night) , and vast camping grounds (10€ / night).
Note that the “bâtiment croisière” is already fully booked for officials (Jurys, Race committee…)
It is also possible to book breakfasts, lunches and dinners (vue from the restaurant below)
